1. About Us

FrameityPrints is a printing and print-on-demand business operated by Frameity Limited, Accra, Ghana. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Production

Most items are printed to order. An order is confirmed once payment is received and you get an order confirmation. Production typically takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Mobile Money, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Prices may change, but the price at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Custom & Personalized Items

You are responsible for the accuracy of any text, names, or artwork you submit. We may decline artwork that infringes copyright or contains unlawful content. Personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page and are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns & Refunds

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Faulty or misprinted items are replaced or refunded free of charge. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, logos, and content on this site belong to Frameity Limited or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
